This can cause an issue in its self cases are designed with airflow in mind leaving a side off the machine can affect airflow and cooling, try putting the case side back on and see how the temps are then. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Build OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 CPU AMD Phenom II 1090 3.2 six core Motherboard MSI 890FXA-GD65 Memory 16 gig DDR3 Graphics Card MSI R6950 2gig Sound Card on board Monitor(s) Displays Acer 23inch led Screen Resolution 1900x1080 widescreen PSU CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W Case CoolMaster HAF 922 Cooling Box AMD Heatsink/Fan Hard Drives Seagate 1tb SATA6

If your case only has 1 fan, that could be some of the cause. TJmax is 62°, above that your CPU can be damaged. The only thing that Should cause that is lack of circulation in your case, or the thermal paste and CPU heatsink were not applied properly. With only 1 fan in the case I am sure there is a lack of circulation. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Brew - Always under construction OS Windows 7 X64 Professional/Windows 8 CPU intel i7-2600K Motherboard Asus P8Z68 V-Pro/GEN 3 Memory 8GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 (2X4GB) Graphics Card EVGA 670 2GB Sound Card Asus Xonar Monitor(s) Displays Asus 24" LCD VW246H Screen Resolution 1920X1080 Keyboard Logitech G510 Mouse Logitech G500/Logitech Wireless PSU CORSAIR HX850W Case Cooler Master HAF X Cooling Corsair H100 w/ 4 noctua fans in push/pull. i M thinking of that option,.
i bought this case for 4000INR & m nt sure if i'LL replace it.
newayz was thinking of CM ELITE 400 or ANTEC 300, which is good {as my budget is low}

Jim
i Have a TAG cabinet.
& i suppose the fan is blowing out {means its taking the air form inside & giving out}

Does it come from factory itself or we have to do it, 'coz i havent done it

If you used the heatsink that came with the CPU, there should have been a square of thermal material already on the bottom of it. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Mine OS Windows 7 64 CPU Phenom II 6-core Motherboard ASUS Memory 4 gigs Graphics Card using mb Sound Card using mb Monitor(s) Displays Hanspree PSU Brand X Case Bought it in Japan Cooling Standard Hard Drives Hitache SATA 1 tb AMD PHENOM II X6 2.8GHz 60+°C problems?
