Windows 7 - Cannon Pixma MP495 printer problem

| | Cannon Pixma MP495 printer problem EDIT: Now I opened them again now they both work...-.- So I downloaded a new printer on my dads computer. It prints and stuff but theirs a problem. It came with a bunch of cool add ons with the setup CD and 2 things on that CD say it's running in Task manager but it never pops open a window. Both are: 1. MP Navigator EX 4.0 2. Solution Menu X I also downloaded the same printer on my grandmas laptop and the same programs downloaded but they work fine. Everything opens when it's supposed to. But, she has windows Vista. If anyone could tell me why both of these are being a pain in my butt on this computer, I'd appreciate it. Last edited by Josh7; 06-30-2011 at 09:48 PM.. |
