    HP LaserJet P11102w Issue

    Hi,

I tried to install HP LaserJet P11102w, however whenever I plug in the Windows 7 (64bit) recognizes it as "unspecified". I then tried to uninstall it and use the latest installation from HP website, however when the installation asks me to plug in the USB, Windows 7 also recognizes it and try to install its driver, so my HP installation fails. I have also tried updating the driver but it doesn't work either.

I have made a video of what I did, please help. Thanks.

    YouTube - error

I suppose you have looked here...
Software & Driver Downloads HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

try downloading the utility and diagnostic software and see if that helps.

Have you gone into Control Panel and looked into Device Manager for any yellow yield warnings for outdated drivers?
Have you check out Device Printer's where you can add or located your printer and make it a default device?

Post back and let's see if we can get this baby up and printing!

Hi, there are no yellow warning signs in the device manager.

I can add printer and make it default but it won't print and I don't think it's installed at all since it doesn't print.
