Try this in order. Make sure that the bluetooth is turned off, prepare your bluetooth menu for the new device then turn on the headphones. Hold the power button until you get the blue light. After doing that start the device discovery. Now pair the headphone. Restart the device and see if it works.

    problem solved!!

    what i did:
    1. connect bluetooth dongle to pc (automatic ON)
    2. turn on headset
    3. "add device from PC bluetooth"
    4. turn off headset , the headset will now be shown in PC!
    5. turn on the headset
    6. right click the headset shown in pc and install/add - now wait for the drivers to be installed

    yey!

ok, i think this is a much easier fix or maybe this is the real way to setup the headset...

    1. add device or start searching bluetooth devices from computer.
    2. then hold the headset ON button until the green light turns ON and fades away and the blue light starts blinking very fast. (hold for about 5-7 seconds until the blue light starts blinking)
(now the pc can detect the device and just install it)

    :)
