| | Not to be trite, but does she know how? Is she using a networked printer? Is this on a network/home group or locally attached? If more than one computer is involved, what OS's are installed. Most coupon deals need a "coupon printer" software to function, which I personally think is spyware. |

| | Reason I asked is I have to show my wife how to print every time. Open Contol panel, Devices and printers. Right click the printer icon then troublehoot, follow the instructions. |
