I don't recall seing a card that will do both. You may try looking for 2 cards. I'm pretty sute you can find an X1 USB 3.0, then look for a sata3 card. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Brew - Always under construction OS Windows 7 X64 Professional/Windows 8 CPU intel i7-2600K Motherboard Asus P8Z68 V-Pro/GEN 3 Memory 8GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 (2X4GB) Graphics Card EVGA 670 2GB Sound Card Asus Xonar Monitor(s) Displays Asus 24" LCD VW246H Screen Resolution 1920X1080 Keyboard Logitech G510 Mouse Logitech G500/Logitech Wireless PSU CORSAIR HX850W Case Cooler Master HAF X Cooling Corsair H100 w/ 4 noctua fans in push/pull. The only card that I've seen on the net is an ASUS card. But it's only for ASUS boards. ASUS U3S6 USB 3.0/SATA 3 6Gbps PCIE Card Review
It's not feasible for companies to put out that type of card when for a little more money, consumers can get a board that has it all. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self-built OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit CPU Intel Core i7-3770 Motherboard Gigabyte Z68A-D3H-B3 Memory G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 F3-10666CL9D-8GBNT Graphics Card Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6670 Sound Card Realtek ALC892 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung SyncMaster P2370HD, Dell 1703FPT Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Keyboard Logitech Deluxe 250 Mouse Logitech MX518 PSU SeaSonic M12II SS-500GM Case Lian Li PC-9F Cooling Zalman CNPS9900LED Hard Drives Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ Internet Speed 8 Mbps |

I stand corrected, it does work with other boards.
Definitely check reviews, though, before purchasing. It is the same solution Asus put on their P55 motherboards. The Marvell 6 Gb/s chip isn't as fast as new Intel 6Gb/s, but then again you can't get the Intel on a card, and Marvell is the only other game in town. It also (by consensus of investigations by people) doesn't support TRIM. However most SSD garbage collection is quite adequate for most users. I haven't seen a drop in performance in a months of use.
I am satisfied with the Marvell on my Asus motherboard. I get sequential reads of 350 MB/s (max you can get with SATA 3 Gb/s is 260 MB/s) and it is quite stable with either the Marvell or Microsoft AHCI drivers.
I don't think Asus is producing the card anymore, but here are newegg reviews: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-004-_-Product
It is also unavailable at Amazon. Don't know if it could even be had. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home built (GeneO industries)/Model 2 OS Windows 7 64 bit SP1 CPU i5 2500k @ 4.5 GHz, 1.256V 120 GFlop (with AVX) Motherboard ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB (4GBx4) 1600MHz G.skill Ripjaws X 8-8-8-24 Graphics Card Asus Nvidia ENGTS450, 1GB 4030 MHz DDR5 clock, 915 Mhz GPU Sound Card Onboard Realtek HD Monitor(s) Displays NEC Spectraview 2490WUXi-SV Screen Resolution 1920 x 1200 Keyboard HP Wireless Mouse HP wireless PSU Antec TruePower New 650W Case Fractal Design "Define R3" Cooling CM Hyper 212+ push/pull, 5 120mm, 1 140mm case fans Hard Drives Crucial 128GB M4 (system), 2x WD Caviar 1TB Black internal (data), 1x Seagate 750G Barracuda Internal (backups), 1x WD Blue 6Gb/s 320GB Internal, 1x Corsair F40 SSD for cache, 1x 2TB eSata WD20EARS Green, 2x 500GB Seagate external USB, 1x 350GB exte Internet Speed 25.7 Mb/s down, 4.5 Mb/s up Other Info USB 3.0 x4 , SATA III x4, eSATA x3, SATA II x4, USB 2.0 x8. 2 Samsung DVD R/W drives.

I just got an Asus P5E3 Motherboard for free. I want a x4 card since this board has a dull x16 lane running a x4. So if the bandwidth is there I might as well use it. That card is know to work great. I look around and buy one as soon as I can. Thanks for the help. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Asus OS Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1 and Mac OS X 10.7.3 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 Sandy Bridge-E at 5.00 GHz Motherboard ASUS Rampage IV Extreme Memory 4 x Corsair Dominator GT 4GB DDR3 @1866 Overclocked @2000 Graphics Card MSI R6870 Sound Card HDMI on GPU and ACL898 Monitor(s) Displays 32" Sony EX-500 120Hz Screen Resolution 1920x1080P Keyboard HP Wireless Elite Keyboard Mouse HP Wireless Elite Mouse PSU Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850 Case Corsair 800D Cooling Corsair H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler Hard Drives 1 x Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F60GBGT-BK (OS)
