Need Help for my drives

I have two 1tb hard drives (Hitachi & Seagate) Sata on my Intel DH55TC. I have installed the windows on my 1tb hitachi 1st partition which i have created. My problem is that when i click on the other partition in windows of my other 1tb drive seagate it takes time to open and there's a noise from hard drives. What's that please help me to sort out the problem

Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.
