Windows Aero Window Dragging

I am currently using a Samsung minitower with an Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.93 GHz. I have noticed that dragging around windows (with Windows Aero) is much smoother with the Samsung, which uses an NVIDIA G210. My Mac (Windows 7 x64) uses a much more powerful AMD 6750M, but window dragging is jerky and lags somewhat. Does anyone know what's causing this?

The mobile GPU most likely has less memory, and/or utilises shared memory, I'm not sure how it works with the macbooks. But a mobile GPU will tend to have worse performance than a desktop one.

I don't think that's the case here - The AMD 6750M has 1GB of dedicated RAM, and can play Bad Company 2 DirectX 11 with all settings maxed at 60 FPS (1440x900). Perhaps a different with the way AMD and NVIDIA cards are used by Windows?
