Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I have a OCZ 550W Fatal1ty PSU which is 80 Plus well, stable and beefy enough to drive my desktop and most any card I might want to throw at it...In retrospect, I should have gotten a 700-850W OCZ PSU, but this one is approaching 3 years of age, and the desktop is powered on almost 24/7.

Blow out your computer on a regular basis with canned air, including PSU, fans, etc... a dust free computer is a happy computer.
