    I don't know about that I use a coolermaster 700w extreme and has had no issues

    Not everone will experience a bad faulty PSU you also have to think about they MASS produce these products even QC-quality -control can't catch everything ,I would just call it luck of the draw

    I have heard many stories about other well known supplies ,I would just chalk it up as getting a bad egg and realisticly they can play out at anytime even if your not doing anything extreme

    That's just my two cents though not edged in stone
