Windows 7 - New PSU Selection!

Hi im looking forward to buy a new PSU from 2 of them:


1) Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 600W ($60 USD = Rs. 5,100/- PKR)

TBH im more interested in GX-550W as it has better features like Active PFC, Multiple Protection Design and 80 PLUS Bronze + 44amps on single 12v. These options can be very useful in country like mine where Power-Failure is very frequent and to be used with a UPS. For now they are in my Budget and CM has great repute here + better warranty policy. Please give suggestions and let me know which one should i go for?

If you go with any CM PSU, by all means get the 550W one. A single 12V rail is preferred over 2 or more. Active PFC is a good thing too.
These would be great if available to you. Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Corsair, Power Supplies, 501W - 600W

We have Corsair PSU's there but they are very expensive as compared to other brands and newegg, amazon etc dont deliver PC components to Pakistan

I checked reviews and GX-550 is better i think

Is a PSU from the "Real Power" line from CM available in your price range? They're better than the extreme power series in terms of reliability.

For now only eXtreme Series, GX Series and Silent Pro Series available. Idk but i think Real Power series are outdates series but not sure about that anyway.
