USB device not recognize

    USB device not recognize


    Hi, a few days ago i have connected my racing wheel. it worked well, but 2 days ago iv'e connect the wheel again and suddenly it says "USB device not recognize" iv'e searched in the internet solutions but all the things i have tried didn't helped, please help my its so annoying!!!!

    Tru plugging it into your computer again. If it still is not recognized, leave it plugged in and shutdown the computer then restart it.

    iv'e already done that and nothing has changed, any other solution please?

    Did you try a different USB port?
    Do you have the USB 3.0? if so, try one of the legacy usb 2.x slots you should have.
    I had to do that for my mp3 player.

    I dont know if i have USB 3.0, and iv'e tried to connect this USB to all of the USB connections i have, my motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-H55M-D2H and you can see more specs at my profile.

    Can you give us specifications on the steering wheel? Specifically, does it have leds that light up when connected to (powered by) USB?

    Have you tested this wheel does still function well if you connect it to another PC? You wouldn't be the first to spend hours on usb drivers, only to find out the usb cable broke down....
