Middle Mouse Click and Drag with A Touchscreen?

Hi, I am brand new to the forums and hope this is in the correct section...

I am really desperately searching for a method of effectively click-and-dragging with the middle mouse button, but using only a multi-touch screen (I have a dell inspiron duo),

What I really want is some way to detect a 2 finger scroll (should be quite easy), and then use that 2 finger scroll to emulate a click and hold on the middle mouse button.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I have spent house digging through google, here, microsoft ect. and cannot find even a tiny bit of hope. Please help!
