Windows 7 - revodrive needs to be rechecked

| | revodrive needs to be rechecked ok so i was doing a new (win 7 (u)) install and on a revodrive (pcie bootable drive) and the only way it will install is ide . so i got it installed but everytime i reboot it wants to recheck the c drive (revodrive). is there anyway to stop this from happen? i already checked it like 4 times and now it's just getting old. scrooge |

| | Did you set it to RAID in your BIOS before installation? I heard you have to set up a RAID matrix before installation of Windows. |

| | hunuok no i used the ide. i read somewhere to set it to ide. britton 30 when starting windows it says something like ( c drive file system needs to be checked) and i left it do it like 4 times already and it still keeps happening. is there a reg hack that i can use to stop it or should i try reinstalling in raid mode? thanks scrooge Last edited by scrooge; 07-26-2011 at 11:17 AM.. |

| | got it fixed... like hunuok said i changed it to raid and it booted right up no (disk check). but after booting into windows all my drives were gone. so i changed it back and now no more disk checks and the drives are back. no sure why that fixed it but it fixed thats all that counts.... thanks again for your help scrooge |

| | Good I am glad you solved it  It might still be an idea to change it to AHCI you may get better performance; AHCI : Enable in Windows 7 / Vista |
