Windows 7 - GeForce 9600 GS Missing

I installed the RC 64 bit with no problems onto my ASUS M50Vm with 4GB DDR2, 2.53 dual core, 320 GB HD, nVidia GeForce 9600 GS. However, it doesn't seem to think my graphics card exists. I tried to update drivers, but it won't let you update drivers for a device you don't have. I went into device manager and the card is not under display adapters. So i thought maybe it's in the unknown section. Not there either. Just to be sure I went back into Vista and checked which PCI slot the card is in, and went back in to the RC and nothing in the device manager is in that slot. Any help would be appreciated.

So no one has encountered this problem or has any idea of where to start?

Is this a desktop of a laptop? I am assuming desktop as you mention something being in the PCI slot, but I want to make sure....

Also, have you run Windows Update to see if it can find drivers?

Finally, do you have any VGA / display adapter listed in Device Manager?

It is a laptop. However, I fixed the problem. For whatever reason windows update never downloaded the driver. And when I did it off the nVidia's website the first time and it told me that no device was found to apply the driver to. But through a tool in the graphics card section I managed to find the driver for my specific card, as opposed the general one that was supposed to cover all of them. Now it's working fine. Thanks though.
