i need a higher psu to get a better low profile graphics card. plz help its a slimeline psu so keep that in mind. i dont know hwere to look

If so you are going to be severely limited to what you can put into it for a power supply. That computer will only take mini ITX form factor power supplies,

most of which (with the exception of the ones from FSP for the most part) aren't worth what they cost in terms of power output and brand reliability.
Also not sure that it is a good idea to be placing any video card in the only available slot as it is butted almost against the top of the case, which is also going to be the hottest place for it.

sogone209, have you pondered the possibility of building a PC? I would seriously consider that before you start upgrading your hardware for that slim line PC. As stormy13 pointed out, you are very limited to what you can replace, plus the fact it's going to be a bit more pricier. First I would start with a case that would fit your current mobo and then put everything in the new case. Then get a decent PSU (600 watt) minimum. This way you have plenty of space and wont be limited to the size and shape of a slim line PSU. Then as your budget allows, start adding your hardware upgrades. Plus it's a lot of fun to build your own.

bassfisher6522 has the perfect idea. I have a Dell 580s, which is a slimline also. I am sure you know that finding anything that will fit in that case is a real pain. I have looked for a new PSU for mine and even the ITX ones will not fit, and Stormy13 is right, they are not worth trying to change out. I plan on doing exactly what Bassfisher suggested. That is your best option and you will not be limited to the size of the cards (depth and length) or finding a decent PSU that will fit.

thats a 300 watt psu.. and it looks as if it would fit.. i just wanna get a better card to decode and edit video alot faster! all i do is download 1080p and convert lots of formats thats all but i just bought a quadcore thats just like this pc just upgraded. and also thanks everybody for your respond i will rep. and if you guys are right about that new case thing .. could you help me out for finding a case to fit my stuff. im not that good with computers. well at least not building them

With what you will be doing, it's easy. Just remember where you took everything off and put it back in the same place in the new case. You'll get through and think that was easy, I thought building a computer was hard. But, if you are going to do that, I wouldn't spend money on that ITX PSU. Wait and get a good one when you get the new case. Besides a 300W won't run a real good card.
EDIT: Also, open your case and measure your PSU and look at the room you have. When I was thinking about a new ITX PSU, the measurements were off. Even the ITX ones were too big for mine.

More than enough room for all but the longest of video cards, and the power supply is good enough for all but the highest end video cards.

Quick tip for changing/replacing a power supply when you have never done it before,
1. Grab a bunch of twist ties and label tags, and tag each connection and where it came from as you remove them.
2. Swap out the power supplies and use the tags on the old to connect up the new.
Makes it easier to not miss any connections.

To add to Stormy13's idea, the first time I did it, I printed out a layout of my Motherboard and marked where each plug I pulled out was and like Stormy said, labeled each plug. When putting it back together, I found out that it really wasn't necessary, but it made me feel better.
