| | Asus R2H touch screen stops working On my Asus R2H I have build 7057 installed. Every now and then (I haven't pin pointed if it is a specific event that triggers is) my touch screen stops working as touch screen. It does everything, it only doesn't respond to touch. If I restart, put the machine to standby, shut down and start it again everything is fine again. I have no clue what might have been changed recently! Does somebody recognize this? |

| | Check to see if the touch device is set to allow Windows to turn it off to save power (a usual setting for things like USB slots, NICs, etc.) |

| | It looks like it started when I installed the recommended drivers for the fingerprint recognizer. I uninstalled that update and haven't had the problem since. Further the problem came all of a sudden. The device had been running smooth for months! |
