Lenovo B470 Reviews? Does anyone have a Lenovo B470 that can tell me if they like it or not? I can't find any reviews online for it. It's currently on sale at the Lenovo website for $599 and I'm thinking about picking it up. Just general use with a little gaming. I'll be taking it to class with me so I wanted something a little smaller and lighter than the traditional laptop. I like the specs on this one, I just don't want it end up being a dud. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel Core i7 2600K @3.40GHz Motherboard Asus Sabertooth z77 (LGA1155) Memory 7.95 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 686MHz (8-8-8-24) Graphics Card 2559MB GeForce GTX 57 (EVGA) Monitor(s) Displays W2361 (1920x1080@59Hz), SyncMaster (1680x1050@60Hz) Screen Resolution 1920x1080, 1680x1050 Keyboard Logitech G15 Mouse Logitech MX Revolution PSU OCZ ZX Series 850W Fully-Modular 80PLUS Gold Case Corsair Obsidian 650D Hard Drives 977GB Western Digital WDC WD1002FAEX-00Y9A0 ATA Device (SATA), 313GB Western Digital WDC WD3200AAKS-00B3A0 ATA Device (SATA) |

There will be no longterm reviews of it as it was only released in January of this year. You can find some reviews of the new release. Google Bing
The specs appear to be good for what you say you are using it for. But, there are no longevity reviews. I'm not a gamer, but I don't think you will be doing any serious gaming with the Nvidia 410M. But, other than that, the specs appear to be good for a general use laptop. I think with no long term reviews you are just buying the specs and the reputation of Lenovo. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Brew - Always under construction OS Windows 7 X64 Professional/Windows 8 CPU intel i7-2600K Motherboard Asus P8Z68 V-Pro/GEN 3 Memory 8GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 (2X4GB) Graphics Card EVGA 670 2GB Sound Card Asus Xonar Monitor(s) Displays Asus 24" LCD VW246H Screen Resolution 1920X1080 Keyboard Logitech G510 Mouse Logitech G500/Logitech Wireless PSU CORSAIR HX850W Case Cooler Master HAF X Cooling Corsair H100 w/ 4 noctua fans in push/pull. I won't be doing any serious gaming on it. Maybe just something small to kill time in between classes. Lenovo is a good brand so I think I'm going to go with it. I think it is a good choice for you. Lenovo is a good brand and the specs are good. The graphics card is a little weak, but other than that it looks like a good laptop for school and the other things you will be using it for. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Brew - Always under construction OS Windows 7 X64 Professional/Windows 8 CPU intel i7-2600K Motherboard Asus P8Z68 V-Pro/GEN 3 Memory 8GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 (2X4GB) Graphics Card EVGA 670 2GB Sound Card Asus Xonar Monitor(s) Displays Asus 24" LCD VW246H Screen Resolution 1920X1080 Keyboard Logitech G510 Mouse Logitech G500/Logitech Wireless PSU CORSAIR HX850W Case Cooler Master HAF X Cooling Corsair H100 w/ 4 noctua fans in push/pull.
