USB audio controller not working like it should
Hopefully this forum can help me with my situation, because it's killing me!
I recently bought a usb audio controller (kam digi mini) and want to use it with virtual DJ.
But i come to the discovery that virtual dj on my computer doesnt recognize the controller. I tried the same controller and program on 2 other laptops and it works absolutly fine.
The error message i get is the next:
"the controller has not been detected please plug in the controller and start virtual dj again"
This problem has happened aswell with an controller called mixtrack pro and the solution herefor was that you had to remove two files from the registry that were in conflict with the controller. Now i looked at that and i didnt had those files.
Strange thing is that windows recognize the controller instals the drivers and i actually can listen music through it, but all the buttons windows wont let me us. I tried this also with my m-audio usb synth and again this problem occurs.
I probably have to reinstall windows 7 and hopefully it will sort it out, but i try to avoid this step.
Is there anyone who has got any idea what is going on?
P.s My specs are:
AMD Athlon 2 P340 dual-core
-AMD m880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
Its an HP g62
Sorry for my English, hopefully it makes a bit of sense!
