power adapter to accomplish this...see picture

I am planning to install a USB 3.0 PCI express card in my desktop that requires a 4 pin power supply connector.
The only spare connectors from the Dell XPS 9000 power supply are 2 six pin connectors and 1 two pin connector. (all female)
Is there any adapter that would convert one of the existing spares to the 4 pin male connector on the PCIe card??

The connector on the card looks like a 4 pin Molex (traditionally used on PATA drives).

If you have any Molex connectors, the normal way would be to use a Y adapter:

Amazon.com: Male 4-pin Molex Y Adapter to Two 4-pin Female Molex: Electronics

However, there are all kinds of adapters available, including SATA to Molex.

If you have a spare sata power connector, you could use this sata power to 2 molex. If tou don't have an extra you could use try one in use with the above and this 4 pin power to dual sata power connector.
