Need help finding a good monitor for xbox 360/7 compatible

I want one thats not over $400.20"-35" is fine.
Looking for:
10000000:1 contrast ratio
2ms response time
120hz
1080(1920 x 1080)
That is just all I know to look for in a monitor.Basicly whatever gives best gaming experiance and also able to work on 7 also.I would really like a 3D,but fell thats probably not in my budget. And if so,it would probably be under 20"

Actually, do you need speakers built into the monitor? I only ask since I know of two ASUS monitors that I believe fit all your requirements, and are also beautiful to look at.

I just now added 120hertz.Forgot to add that.60hz will work, but the higher the beter is what I hear.Yes I noticed asus has quite a stockpile of monitors.I don't care for the speakers. Most probably don't sound all that good.I got a sourround sound to take of sound.I don't mind widescreen, seems like 1080 is made for widescreen anyway.

Hmm, 120 hertz is going into the television spectrum. Honestly, if your eyeballs can see 60 images a second and notice it, then 120 hertz would be better. That is good for TVs since if you're like watching sports or anything and the camera follows a really long kick of a ball, it'll have less of a blurriness to the ball. But for gaming, I doubt 120 hertz would do you much since 360 games if I remember correctly have a frame rate of about 30 frames per second.

I thought the hertz can be adjusted anyway though.Like if its to much for what im using I go in the menu and make it less if needed.

Well, if you need to make it less, than the average puter LCD monitor will fare fine.

The hertz rate is how many times a screen refreshes the image per second to avoid flicker. Tube monitors had that issue. If you ever videotaped a CTR monitor, you'll see the refresh rate pretty easy. LCDs, not so much. Having If you plan on using it for 7, a refresh of 60Hz is the base. And if you connect it using DVI from the puter, it'll be 60Hz. I believe many HDMI outputs from graphics cards might also run at 60Hz.

I just looked into this real fast, the 360 does have a 30 FPS refresh for games, and a hertz refresh of 60.
