48 SSDs tested

The German Chip magazine (largest German computer mag) has tested 48 SSDs. The results are summarized in a table. Although this is in German, it should be easy to understand. The prices listed are in Euros applicable in Germany and not relevant for other countries.

I used translate with bing and it worked great. But, I do disagree with their ratings. But, what new about that?

Yeah you are right Steve. Those are opinions and are in the eye of the beholder. But if you take it with a grain of salt, it gives you a general view where those devices stand.

Tested my USB install for Windows 7 and now..
.. and extra partition was been created. I accessed the setup and windows started to create temporary files. Upon exiting setup, my Computer now detects my two hard drives, and an additional System Reserved Partition on my main C: Drive. Can this be safely deleted or hidden? Thanks!

After i tested my ram with memtest i have 2gb usable
my pc is ( windows 7 64bit,xfx 5870,4gb ddr3,p55-ud3p,corsair h50) i used memtest yesterday to test my ram but it said i cant test all my 4gb at once so i made the test for 2gb and there wasnt any error in the test after while i closed it then found out it says 4gb is installed ( 2gb is usable)...

Today, Clubic.com (The page of the test is here - FRENCH) tested Windows 7 on a Netbook. They used an Asus EeePC 901. System Specs : Intel Atom 270 @ 1.6 GHz 1 GB RAM SSD Hard drive Intel GMA 945 graphic chip Windows Vista were compared on the same netbook. So, here are the results :
