Windows 7 - can't get win 7 to recognize ext.hdd

| | can't get win 7 to recognize ext.hdd I was gfiven some external hardrives with enclosures and was told they all work. I cant get a single one to be recognized in computer. any tips or workarounds to get windows to recognize these drives. I am now using an acer 64 bit laptop. |
