Have you done the steps of checking in Device Manager to see if anything has the yellow icon beside it? Does you PC have Blue toothe built-in or are you using a dongle?
Check for new drivers for your sound card and headset. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built Desktop By DataTech OS Windows 7 Ultimate X64 SP1 CPU Intel i5-2550K, Differing ~4.4-4.8GHz No built in GPU Motherboard ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133MHz 4x4GB Graphics Card ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card Onboard Realtek 5-1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung P2570HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Old, beat-up Dell USB From 10 yrs Ago Mouse Gigabyte m6900 wired PSU Corsair HX650W Case Inwin Dragon Rider Cooling Hyper 212 EVO w/two Noctua fans, push-pull, @1300 RPM Hard Drives Crucial M4 128GB for OS, 750GB Seagate MomentusXT for data, 500GB Seagate Constellation for storage Internet Speed 8-19 Mbs down, 3-4 Mbs up Comcast Cable Antivirus Norton Internet Security Browser IE 9, Opera when needed Other Info 4 case fans, LG BluRay-RE, ASUS DVD-RW, Mr. Fusion power generator with flux capacitor, 1.21 gigawatts. |

Check for new drivers for your sound card and headset. Device manager shows everything is working perfectly. I am using a dongle. All drivers are up to date. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number MSI / MS-7622 OS Windows 7 Professional 64bit CPU AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor (3400 mhz) Motherboard MSI 790X-G45 AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard Memory 4 GB Graphics Card nVidia GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card HT Omega Striker 7.1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Keyboard Logitech G110 Mouse Logitech G500 Case Antec 1200 Hard Drives WD Caviar Green 1TB Internet Speed 25mb / 25mb |

OK, does the headset have a Contol panel for it? Check into Windows CP too, Sound/Recording to see if the device is listed there. Also Devices and Printers, if it is showing there right click its icon and Trouble shoot. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built Desktop By DataTech OS Windows 7 Ultimate X64 SP1 CPU Intel i5-2550K, Differing ~4.4-4.8GHz No built in GPU Motherboard ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133MHz 4x4GB Graphics Card ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card Onboard Realtek 5-1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung P2570HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Old, beat-up Dell USB From 10 yrs Ago Mouse Gigabyte m6900 wired PSU Corsair HX650W Case Inwin Dragon Rider Cooling Hyper 212 EVO w/two Noctua fans, push-pull, @1300 RPM Hard Drives Crucial M4 128GB for OS, 750GB Seagate MomentusXT for data, 500GB Seagate Constellation for storage Internet Speed 8-19 Mbs down, 3-4 Mbs up Comcast Cable Antivirus Norton Internet Security Browser IE 9, Opera when needed Other Info 4 case fans, LG BluRay-RE, ASUS DVD-RW, Mr. Fusion power generator with flux capacitor, 1.21 gigawatts. |

Headset does not show in control panel > sound / recording. It only shows on DEVICES and Printers. I trouble shooted from ''devices and printers'' and found no issues. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number MSI / MS-7622 OS Windows 7 Professional 64bit CPU AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor (3400 mhz) Motherboard MSI 790X-G45 AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard Memory 4 GB Graphics Card nVidia GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card HT Omega Striker 7.1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Keyboard Logitech G110 Mouse Logitech G500 Case Antec 1200 Hard Drives WD Caviar Green 1TB Internet Speed 25mb / 25mb can not connect Bluetooth devices. problems?
