    System specs updated.

I can not seem to get my bluetooth headset (PX5 Turtle Beach) to be my default recording device so I can use it to talk.

Have you done the steps of checking in Device Manager to see if anything has the yellow icon beside it? Does you PC have Blue toothe built-in or are you using a dongle?
Check for new drivers for your sound card and headset.

Device manager shows everything is working perfectly. I am using a dongle. All drivers are up to date.

OK, does the headset have a Contol panel for it? Check into Windows CP too, Sound/Recording to see if the device is listed there. Also Devices and Printers, if it is showing there right click its icon and Trouble shoot.

Headset does not show in control panel > sound / recording. It only shows on DEVICES and Printers. I trouble shooted from ''devices and printers'' and found no issues.
