    Curious..

Hi guys, I have a Toshiba Sattelite screen.

I'm wondering if I could put it in my current computer. (Compaq Presario CQ62-210US)

If the screens are of the same size, then chances are it will work fine once you know how to go about changing screens.

But depending on the age of the laptop(s), the internal connectors could be different. Also, the inverter may be a different type for each screen. Just try and find out for yourself. :)

+1 on what NeroDevil has said... though if the screen sizes are correct then i do believe that you can change those screens without any trouble
I will pay to watch a tutorial on how to change the screen over as some can be tricky and can result into damaging the plastics and cables if not done correctly

Thanks for the Info. I'm not sure how big the Toshiba screen is because I don't know what model it was. If I did know, it would probably be good right? Anyways, the Toshiba laptop was from 2007-2008, and my HP is from 2009-2010.

take a tape measure from the lower left to the upper right corners and it will give you the correct measurements
The compaq should be a 15.6 screen
so provided the Toshiba screen is 15.6 then you should good to go
on the back of the screen should also be a string of numbers that should contain the screen size
