Wireless network card is not enabled on standard users

I am using Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit.
When I am logging on with a standard user the wireless network card is not enabled. I Have to use a "hot key combination"; Fn+F2 (an Asus laptop).
On Administrator users it works well. I can't find anywhere to configure this.
Does anyone know?
