    Laptop trackpad problems after reinstall

I completely reinstalled Windows 7 on my Toshiba Satellite L455D, but when it was installing, I had a USB mouse plugged in. Now, my trackpad won't scroll when I run along the edge. When I look in the Device Manager, under Mice and other pointing devices, it says:
    Code:
    PS/2 Compatible Mouse
Do I need to install some sort of driver or reinstall? I've already tried right-clicking and selecting Scan for hardware changes. I found an article (link) on what I am looking for, only it was published in 2007. Help!

You will likely need to go to Toshiba's site and download the track pad drive. It is likely from Toshiba only. I couldn't get google to come up with Toshiba Satellite L455D, they have 4 more digits.
