Oh! I could kiss you!! I was going insane trying to shut this off---it was killing my 3D Apps---I couldn't right click on anything in C4D or anything really. And trying to search for this problem wasn't going well at all. Thank you, from the edge of my sanity, thank you...

my option is,
control panel->pen and touch->under Pen options tab-> Press and hold,
disable press and hold for right-click in the new window.

W7 64b - Leopard 10.6.2 - Ubuntu 10.10 (MBP Snow Leopard 10.6.3)
 
 


My problem was solved in Windows 7 7100 with the group policy editor. Now I have bought Windows 7 home premium and now i have no access to the group poloicy editor

Any help for me? I have the problem in Paint.NET

EDIT

disabling quick pen flicks solved the problem in home premium this time, pfff
