Has anyone noticed RAM prices lately?
It's dirt cheap.
I looked at my Newegg buying history from two years ago and I bought my current 4GB of RAM for $79.99.

Today it goes for.......$31.99
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBHK

8GB for photo editing and RAM intensive projects is affordable now.

My mobo says the same, but I'm curious of what would actually happen if I installed 32GB of ram. I'm really curious if the mobo would even post.

Well it states in the manual for my mobo that a bios update will be released when 8gb sticks are available.

It's a stupid amount of ram to have for a regular pc, but hey if it supports it....

I was just checking prices and am ready to buy. Just need to decide which brand. Crucial, Kingston, GSkill, etc. So many choices, such low prices .

Yea, RAM has been getting cheap, a pair of two 4GB sticks at 1600MHz are at $50 USD. All I need is some money and I have more breathing room on my RAM.

Something odd that I noticed
I don't really know if this is a bug or not, but when I hover over an icon on the status bar, the little selection bars stay on the icon I last hovered over. To show you what I'm talking about, here's a picture: I don't really know if that's normal or not, if it is, I just never happened to...

To whoever noticed...
Or, to whoever cares... I haven't been around lately (Awwww, or maybe others say Yay!) Anyway, finally got back to work (I don't know if that's an Aww or Yay). I hurt my back Feb. 2009 and had been off since last week. So you say, "You haven't really been showing up around here since...

Something I've noticed?
I don't know if this is a PCIe thing but its something I noticed with my 220GT. No video card BIOS message during the POST. It goes straight to my motherboard BIOS screen. I don't remember ever having a PCI or AGP card that didn't show a BIOS screen first thing and then pass off to the motherboard...
