Wont boot after active processors

Hey guys, Can anyone help me out, my Windows 7 box wont boot after I changed the Active Processors/Cores from 1 to All in my BIOS. Don't know why it was set to 1, but windows blue screens saying problem with a???.sys. It will boot into safe mode but not regular boot. Can I reconfigure windows to support all my processors without re-installing windows? Mobo: Intel DX58SO CPU: Intel i7 Thanks EDIT: Problem seemed to fix itself after Regular Boot - Initial Error Safe Mode Boot - Boot OK Regular Boot - Error Again Safe Mood Boot - Boot OK Regular Boot - Boot OK Strage?
