    Iomega NAS not accessable.

My Iomega Home Storage NAS is suddenly not accessable. It is formatted in Linux (I believe). Can I in any way connect it via USB as an external HDD and save my files? My computer has Win7 64b. If I try to connect the drive via USB, I cannot see it in "My computer" but it is present in Diskmanager.

Thank you in advance for any help. ELLPER

My Iomega NAS cloud edition is formatted NTFS so I would think yours would be also. Are you able to reach the NAS with your storage manager. If so you may be able to do a factory reset without losing your data.

Also have you tried asking on the Iomega forum. Iomega User Community :: Index

The other thing you may be able to do, if you have a USB drive is to connect that to the NAS and set up a copy job to copy your files onto the USB drive. You may get better advice on the Iomega site but they are never very quick about responding.
