Thanks Steve, I am pretty excited I can get a 7.6 on my WEI with the lowest being my processor. X58 platform still has a lot of life in it.

Don't feel bad about that. I have a 2500K and OC'd it to 4.7 and could only get a 7.6. It thought with it oc'd like that it would do better. But, that's life.

There are a total of 10 entries now in the SSD Endurance test.
One has had to stop due to lifetime throttling, the Samsung 470 finally died at 525.6 TB, 478 TiB.
The other eight are still going.

Curious how the Samsung died? Just stopped responding?

Started slowing down over a couple of days and then stopped writing.
Still can read from it, they are going to do read tests for a while to see how long it can be read from.

It started dying on page Page 55 post #1360.
