I had a look at your Seatools log. The drive has failed the Short DST and the Long Generic, both of which can be caused by bad sectors. When Short DST fails, Seagate advises running the long test from Seatools for DOS bootable CD. It should be available for download from the seagate website. If that too fails then you need to start thinking about warranties.
As a precaution, please backup all important data right now.
