    Modem Connecting Problem

I have a huawei modem. When I try to connect to modem by using it then I got a message "Failed to create a phone book entry". Then I search to internet about this problem. I found a solution by the deleting file named "rasphone.pbk" where located is c:\program data\Microsoft\Network\Connection\PBk\rasphone.pbk. It's say's delete the following file and try again. I perform that and success. But problem here, I perform that task by the "Administrator" user login. When I login by the other username such as my name, then I get the same message again. But when I login by the "Administrator" then I can connect to modem without any problem. Then I think, it seem for permission. Then I added my user name in the "Administrator" group. But problem still now. I try by the taking ownership of that file, but it showing "access is denied". So I cannot replace ownership. Now what can I do. Please help me.

Change the other user account type to Administrator then delete the same file while logged in that account. Reboot and see if that fixed it.

Did you delete the same file while logged in that account?

Thanks for your concern. When I delete that file as administrator login, at that time it delete for all user. But previously I say It has two location. One location I can delete, but another not. Because I can't access that folder for "access is denied". I am not capable to replace the ownership. But by the administrator user I can do that.

    Thanks.

Here are two things to try
    1. Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable
When you login to this hidden admin account you may have the permissions to delete the file.

    2. Take Ownership Shortcut
