Windows 7 does not recognize Bitlocker Drive

Hello everyone!
I recently bought a NexStar MX (Dual 3.5 SATA HDD enclosure)to put my two internal drives in to make room for new ATI video card. Both drives are sata drives but one is BitLocker encrypted. Using the esata cable it only reads the non encrypted drive, but if I use the USB cable it reads both. I looked every where for esata drivers for window7 but the issue lies within the BitLocker. Any ideas on a fix?
Is there a special driver for this issue or is Bitlocker not compatible with Esata? It would be nice to use the Esata but if I have to I'll use the USB.

Thanks Mac
