MSI Notebook BIOS problem

Hello,this is my first post on this forum,and i'll hope somebody have some solution.I'm IT specialist (Microsoft Network Partner and Licenced Network Administrator (irronic!!!)),but i'm have problem with MSI Notebook C-Series.On this moment, i'm posting from Live Xp (repair mode),and im trying to fix strange problem with this NB.(This is birthday present for my daugter).This NB is delivered (NEW) from official stire with preinstalled Vista home premium (OEM version).When i'm try to upgrade with Win 7 home premium (Genuine,off course),i'm been confused.Providing manny test's,i'm didn't believe what i'm found:Aida x64 give me confused result's-BIOS is reported from Asus Desktop Board,AMI Bios 64-30R-000010 -00101111-MCP79-79B03019-Y2KC,PMU ROM ver.9303, NVMM ver.4.093.13 (???).OS 6.1.7600.16xxx (can't remember, somme loader from non-Genuine Win 7 (Ultimate?).In this moment,i'cant to install Genuine Win 7 Home Premium (This is MSI CR500-252XEU and have not licence fot better Win 7 Genuine edition.did any hawe idea how to get back default BIOS (try,to flash,but hole 1 is locked in GPU ).I'm report problem directly to Microsoft,becouse i'm from Serbia,and they me give suggest to contact my local Microsoft Serbia,but they said that is resseler problem and nobody want to explain me what is solution (...I'm Misrosoft anty-piracy partner too... !?!...) On my all Lap-Top's (from I3 to I7 core i'have Genuine Windows 7 ,Proffesional,Ultimate,Enterprise edition x86 and x64)but this piece off plastic toy make me crazy (becouse my daudghter like him, 10 yeas old child).Sorry for my English,and hope that will give me some advice.Regards,You may post me on gsm06x@hotmail.com,-||-Gmail.com.,-||-Yahoo.com

You are trying to install a Genuine Windows 7, over a non-Genuine Windows 7. If YES.
1) Clean the HD Drive using the Diskpart command CLEAN ALL.
2) Install the Genuine Windows 7.

You may not need those tutorials:
Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command
Partition or Volume - Delete
Partition or Volume - Create New
SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
Clean Install Windows 7
USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create
Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version

Oh,sorry,I' m forgot that You are from UK,and that you speak "Clean English".Sorry,i'm from Serbia and maybe have somme gramatic error's.My problem will be solved faster that You understand my essential problem-wrong bios in my NB.Thank you for replay, link's and solutions,but nothing new that i'll allready have.Forgot,thank You for tryin'g.
