Noctua fans. 'nuff said.
Although from what i've heard, stock fans on the H100 are really good.
Here: Newegg.com - Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120mm, 3 Speed Setting, Beveled Blade Tips Design, SSO Bearing Fan

Yea, I have heard that the stock fans are good too. I just want to have a push/pull setup in case the temps are not where I want to have them at.
I just got a Corsair 800D case and I would like to just by more fans from Corsair to go with the cooler but it seems that they do not sell them. The marketing/sales department have yet to send me back a e-mail in regards to buying matching fans for the case or the cooler. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Asus OS Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1 and Mac OS X 10.7.3 CPU Intel Core i7-3820 Sandy Bridge-E at 5.00 GHz Motherboard ASUS Rampage IV Extreme Memory 4 x Corsair Dominator GT 4GB DDR3 @1866 Overclocked @2000 Graphics Card MSI R6870 Sound Card HDMI on GPU and ACL898 Monitor(s) Displays 32" Sony EX-500 120Hz Screen Resolution 1920x1080P Keyboard HP Wireless Elite Keyboard Mouse HP Wireless Elite Mouse PSU Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850 Case Corsair 800D Cooling Corsair H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler Hard Drives 1 x Corsair Force Series GT CSSD-F60GBGT-BK (OS)

I don't know if Corsair sells them but i do know that if they do, they're going to cost more than those Noctua, although if you want black fans (similar to the Corsair ones) you could buy these Scythe USA: Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Fans & Heatsinks, Case Fans, Scythe USA, 120mm
And they're cheaper than the Noctuas | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Built by Myself OS Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit) CPU Intel Core i5-2310 @ 2.90GHz Motherboard MSI PH67A-C43 (B3) Memory Kingston KVR 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3 @ 1333MHz Graphics Card PNY XLR8 GTX 560 Ti 1GB GDDR5 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio (ALC 892) Monitor(s) Displays LG - W2353V-PF Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Keyboard Logitech MK320 Wireless Keyboard Mouse Logitech MK320 Wireless Mouse PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 575w Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Case Cooler Master CM Storm Enforcer Cooling Thermaltake Frío, CM MegaFlow 200mm (2), CM 120mm (1) Hard Drives Samsung HD502HJ (500GB), ExcelStor J8080S (80GB) Internet Speed dl: 1024kbps, ul: 512kbps |

Punkster is right about Noctua fans. I have 2 of the p120 fans on my H50. They push a lot of air and are almost dead silent. They're great if you can live with the color. Also, if I'm not mistaken, their 140mm fans have 120mm mounting holes. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Brew - Always under construction OS Windows 7 X64 Professional/Windows 8 CPU intel i7-2600K Motherboard Asus P8Z68 V-Pro/GEN 3 Memory 8GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 (2X4GB) Graphics Card EVGA 670 2GB Sound Card Asus Xonar Monitor(s) Displays Asus 24" LCD VW246H Screen Resolution 1920X1080 Keyboard Logitech G510 Mouse Logitech G500/Logitech Wireless PSU CORSAIR HX850W Case Cooler Master HAF X Cooling Corsair H100 w/ 4 noctua fans in push/pull. Looks like what I am looking for. I plan to use the on board fan controler located of the corsair pump/cpu heatsink. This model will serve me well. Thanks for the help. Well, you could just buy all the things, buy a cheap processor (Athlon II X4 640) and wait for the Bulldozer to come out.
I'd suggest, right now, out of my head (for that budget):
1) ASUS Crosshair V Formula or Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7 (both AM3+)
2) 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866MHz Mushkin or Corsair
3) Crucial M4 SSD (OS and apps)
4) Corsair AX Series PSU, could be 850W or 1200W (depending on your GPU configuration)
5) GPU (i'd change your HD4850) and buy 2 HD6950s (unlocking them to HD6970s)
6) 1TB or 2TB drives (data storage)
7) Blu-Ray Burner (can't tell you brands, cause i don't know too much about optical drives)
and you'll have money left for your Bulldozer
NOTE: the GPU i'd change it because the 4000 series doesn't have support for DX11, they're more power hungry... hell, i'd even wait for HD7000 series to come out haha. but that's your choice.
