No boot
Just a steady whirling of my vga (1 min) fan when i plug in. Won't make it to boot. Any ideas?  | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell E520

It's just the vga fan that's spinning when I plug in. Normally it does it for a few seconds and then cuts back to normal and the com starts up. Now just a blinking light and a out of control vga fan when i plug in...never posts. | | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell E520
