keyboard and typing issues- characters printing in reverse order

So I've noticed, since getting a Windows 7 PC that I had a lot of typos and such. Basically, it seems that there are times when characters were written in reverse order such as "ot" instead of "to". I'd thought that maybe I was typing too fast but I literally just saw "52" print out when I saw myself type in "25". There are also times when it affects the space bar, it seems, spacing before the last letter in a word.

I don't think it's a keyboard issue itself, as I'm on the 3rd keyboard with this PC(I suggest avoiding anything cheap sold by Big Lots). Port issue? My last keyboards were PS/2 but this one is USB. It seems to be an issue with the computer itself, perhaps lagging out on keystrokes, causing the first to delay behind the second key. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can perhaps fix the problem?
