Make both mirrored devices bootable

Hi, I hate two mirrored 1tb harddrives (both holding my windows) and I want to make both of them bootable. Currently only one of them is bootable with a level of strangene behaviour.

For starters I noticed that I have two BCD files. One in my C:/ Partition and one in System Reserved partition. When computer starts (through power switch) the first (in System Reserved:/boot) BCD file is used. On "restarts" through start menu, the second (the one in C:/boot) is used.

Am using EasyBCD but am not sure how to link to both drives as they both have the same drive letter being mirrors.

What should I do?
