Win 7 automatically creates restore points under certain circumstances so unless you have taken action to prevent or delete restore points then you have restore points. Okay so after it did that and restarted by its own.. it shows me a msg says: System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's system files and settings were not changed
Details:
System Restore could not access a file. this probably because an anti-virus program is running on the computer. Temporarily disable your antivirus program and retry system restore.
An unspecified error occurred during system restore. (0x80070005)
you can try system restore again and choose a diffrent restore point. if you continue to see this error, you can try advaced recovery method...etc
it shows on desktop, what should i do now?
edit: i deleted the anti virus program is it was the problem, now it's done and everything is okay! audio and internet (i'm using that laptop now) thanks for helping!

Excellent Leon.
I strongly recommend installing and using Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) link in my sig.
Use one on only one AV.
Do you mind telling me which AV you were using? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba Satellite L305D laptop OS MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit CPU AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-64, 2100 Mhz, 2 Cores Motherboard TOSHIBA Portable PC (Socket M2/S1G1) Memory 4.0GB (2x2GB) DDR2 @ 333MHz 5-5-5-15 Graphics Card ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics (Toshiba) Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays Generic PnP Monitor @ 1280x800 Screen Resolution 1280 x 800 Keyboard standard PS/2 Keyboard Mouse HP Wireless Optical Mobile Mouse Model FHA-3410 Hard Drives 125.03GB Corsair CSSD-V128GB2 ATA Device (IDE)

Yes, it is the full version. Updated very frequently by Microsoft. You can also specify how often you want MS to update. I manually update, but update more than once a day. For general use, you can just use the auto-update feature.
The first time you run MSE, MSE will make a very thorough check of your system including checking for the malware which would be removed by the Malicious Software Removal Tool. After that initial check, then the MSRT is only run when it is updated which once again is performed automatically by Microsoft as long as you have selected auto updating.
MSE will also enable the Windows Firewall.. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba Satellite L305D laptop OS MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit CPU AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-64, 2100 Mhz, 2 Cores Motherboard TOSHIBA Portable PC (Socket M2/S1G1) Memory 4.0GB (2x2GB) DDR2 @ 333MHz 5-5-5-15 Graphics Card ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics (Toshiba) Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays Generic PnP Monitor @ 1280x800 Screen Resolution 1280 x 800 Keyboard standard PS/2 Keyboard Mouse HP Wireless Optical Mobile Mouse Model FHA-3410 Hard Drives 125.03GB Corsair CSSD-V128GB2 ATA Device (IDE)
