Restore to a restore point prior to the problem.

Win 7 automatically creates restore points under certain circumstances so unless you have taken action to prevent or delete restore points then you have restore points.

RESTORE TO A PREVIOUS SYSTEM RESTORE POINT
WIN | type SYSTEM RESTORE | ENTER | NEXT
Choose a different restore point button | NEXT |
Show more restore points checkbox (lower left)|
Highlight the desired restore point |
Scan for affected programs (lower right) |
make a note of affected programs |
CLOSE | NEXT | FINISH

WIN = key with the wavy Microsoft flag on top.

Okay so after it did that and restarted by its own.. it shows me a msg says: System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's system files and settings were not changed
Details:
System Restore could not access a file. this probably because an anti-virus program is running on the computer. Temporarily disable your antivirus program and retry system restore.
An unspecified error occurred during system restore. (0x80070005)

you can try system restore again and choose a diffrent restore point. if you continue to see this error, you can try advaced recovery method...etc

it shows on desktop, what should i do now?

edit: i deleted the anti virus program is it was the problem, now it's done and everything is okay! audio and internet (i'm using that laptop now) thanks for helping!

Excellent Leon.

I strongly recommend installing and using Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) link in my sig.

Use one on only one AV.

Do you mind telling me which AV you were using?

Yes, it is the full version. Updated very frequently by Microsoft. You can also specify how often you want MS to update. I manually update, but update more than once a day. For general use, you can just use the auto-update feature.

The first time you run MSE, MSE will make a very thorough check of your system including checking for the malware which would be removed by the Malicious Software Removal Tool. After that initial check, then the MSRT is only run when it is updated which once again is performed automatically by Microsoft as long as you have selected auto updating.

MSE will also enable the Windows Firewall..

Okay thanks but i ran through another problem.. even though i uninstalled my last AV before system restore now it still shows me that the program is here (so i can't install MSE) and i can't uninstall my last AV again when i try it shows me a msg says:Setup could not determine the feature control file or was not able to read it correctly [Errorcode: 7] and i can't delete the program's files on my hard drive C how can i remove it now?
