Even if you can't (or won't) do business with them, the power search feature at www.newegg.com can give you a good idea what's available.

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Motherboards, Intel Motherboards, LGA 775, DDR2 533, DDR2 667, DDR2 800, DDR2 1066

The link is to a search for DDR2 Socket 775 motherboards. The least expensive one is:

Newegg.com - ASRock G31M-S R2.0 LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

(It's microATX, if it matters.) Don't go for an Open Box deal if you can't live with missing pieces (like the I/O shield).

If you could stretch your budget to replace your RAM with DDR3 (2X2GB can be less than $25), you'd have a greatly increased variety of motherboard choices.

Also, while looking at the boards on Newegg, be sure to read the customer feedback. You will be surprised how much you can learn about the board.
