Windows 7 - Scanner stopped working when converted to Win 7--AppHangB1

Just converted computer to Win 7 and reinstalled everything. My HP OfficeJet 7310 All-in-One Printer is not scanning. It starts to make scanning noises and stops. Here is the information provided in the problem details section:
