Remote Control Doesn't Work in Win-7

Hello i have strange problem, my hp remote not work on windows 7. After 2 years i preinstall from vista home preimum to Windows 7 ultimate. My laptop is hp pavilion dv7-1023cl
and i have all windows 7 x64 drivers, and all hp services running on automatic mode, HID also. I try many many times to set up IR to receive signal from remote, but i no have success. This is information from back side on remote:
RC1762307/01
3139 228 53391
HP SPS: 464793-001
HP: HSTNN-PRO7

P.S: I hope to help if it is possible that this problem be solved.

ok i think you possibly need the drivers for your remote, after a long search i came up with this,

HP Support & Drivers | United States

select the detect your product and it will scan your machine and tell you what drivers and software are available ,

yes yes i know exactly my model and serial numbers but i can't see newest drivers. Do you talk for this driver:
ENE CIR Receiver Driver -> sp41645.exe [1/1, 2.46M] Released:2008-11-07 Version: 2.5.0.0 A
I have all drivers installed correctly, btw all of my laptop work on 100% without IR remote.
Sensor buttons work, quick play button work... all work..

hmmmm i found strange info in sp41645:

/* ENE CIR Driver Release Note */
/********************************/

Version : 2.5.1.0
Date : 2008-04-30

OS :
Vista32
Vista64
WinXP32

Product :
KB3926B/C
-----------------------------------------
why i download driver for win 7x64, but downloaded driver not support Windows 7 ?!?!?!?!

the vista driver will work for your remote, im using vista drivers for my remote and using windows 7.
the reason i linked you to the scanner was that when it scanned your machine it would hopefully show you a set of drivers including the remote driver.
does it say who manufactured the remote ie x10 for instance.

, before you install it it would be a good idea to create a restore point, type create restore point in the start search box and then follow the prompts . let me know if the driver works.
