Windows 7: uninstalling/reinstalling hp 2050 j510 series printer/scanner

I have the DVD for this printer
.
As the scanner was playing up (no problem with the printer itself) I decided to uninstall/reinstall the whole lot.

However I can't seem to find all the bits and pieces in the list of programs installed and there doesn't seem to be an uninstall button that I can see.

I tried merely removing the printer from the Devices and Printers section but this didn't seem to have much of an effect.

Also the printers don't seem to show up in Device Manager as far as I can see.

When I try to put in the installation DVD I am not given any option to uninstall
and there are about 4 elements that show greyed out which indicates they are still on ther computer.

I have tried to hunt these down individually and uninstall them separately but the names don't seem to correspond to what is in the list of programs that I can uninstall via the Control Panel>Programs etc.
