    Printer Problem

    Hello,

I just switched to Windows 7RC, but it doesn't recognize my Printer - Brother MFC-425CN - I tried installing the XP and the Vista drivers - it just doesn't recognize it... I plug it in to the USB and it doesn't react... Tried every USB port that I have... Nothing.

    HELP!

    Thanks,
    David

    specs

    32-bit

It's a new computer I just bought. MSI G41M-FD motherboard, Intel Pentium 2.6gb dual core processor, 4gb ram, 320gb sata2, etc.
What else do you want to know?

Well the obvious, do the USB ports work for any other device - mouse, USB flash drive, etc.?

Have you checked the BIOS settings (sorry not familiar with you MOBO) for any USB specific settings?

    ofcourse

    Mouse/disk-on-key - all work.

What do I need to temp with the BIOS?

I'm guessing it's a compatibility problem. This is a pretty new OS... But is there any way around it?
