    my psu good enough?

here is link of my psu SPS-XP500.(12)R3

im wondering if it is good enough for any of these cards:
    HD6870
    HD6950
    GTX 560
    GTX 560 Ti

i know minimum for these is 500w, but what about +12v rails?

6870's show minimum 500w and I'm not finding min's for the 560 or 560 ti's, this looks to be a good PSU but it's cutting it close. It sounds like it's installed so you can install your card but I don't see you overclocking them. Is your case full of drives, accessories and fans?
    Try this and add everything.

I used the calculator with your spec's, 3 led 120mm fans, separate sound blaster card, card reader and the 560ti and I'm coming up with 414 watts.

    6870 - 500w
    6950 - 500w
    560 - 450 w
    560 Ti - 500w

these are requirements from amd and nvidia sites, so it should be enough, i dont have any extra drives or anything, question is are the +12v rails strong enough?

You have a 18 amp and 20 amp rail so you should be just fine, just don't go adding tons of stuff plus limited and very careful overclocks with a stress test like Prime 95.
