Have a look at this link: Error 38 - Error Code 0x26 Fix & Repair

On the basis it may be spyware or a virus, you might want to run a full scan in safe mode.

Malwarebytes is an excellent free scanner and you can download it here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

Have you run a anti virus program and which one.
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer
MAM only checks for malware not a virus.

I told you my computer is virus free I have a good realtime set up and multiple on demand scanners which I have used and all is clean. This is a usb problem, driver related or something, I don't know what to change.

Have you checked in Device Manager to see what's going on there?

You haven't given us your computer specifications so I can't link you to the manufacturer, but have you considered checking for and updating your chipset drivers?
