Starting Computer: hkcmd.exe - Bad Image

I do not know the proper section to put this within, but i am putting it here, if it is needed to move, sorry for the inconvenience. Okay, so my programs are non-responsive, some of them that is, and then this popped up when i tried to update a driver, and restarted my computer:
C:\Windows\system32\igfxrENU.Irc is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. The title of this popup is in the title of this thread.

I might have to also note, how do i fix non-responsive programs as well, almost every single program i run has this problem.(Not responding)

    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

I think your first step should be a full anti-virus scan in safe mode.

Malwarebytes is a tried and trusted scanner, download the free version here:

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer

I have downloaded that within my computer, scanned, and there is no problems. I will try one more time, and tell you the results.

OK ThoughtxD, Go here Acer Europe - Service & Support, Drivers & Utilities, Downloads, Notebook, Aspire 6935 for the drivers you require they are only available for Vista so installing in compatibility mode is a must :)
